Dr. Randy Garr, DPM is a board-certified podiatrist with extensive training in treating a wide range of foot and ankle conditions. Born and raised in Provo, Utah, Dr. Garr developed a passion for medicine early in life and has dedicated his career to helping patients improve their mobility and quality of life. He completed his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University after serving a two-year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the South of France, where he learned the French language. Dr. Garr went on to earn his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence, Ohio, graduating with honors as a member of the Pi Delta National Podiatric Honor Society. Dr. Garr completed his residency in the Seattle, Washington area, where he focused on sports medicine, general foot and ankle trauma, and reconstructive surgery. He is board-certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine, having met the highest standards in podiatric care.
Dr. Garr specializes in sports medicine, reconstructive foot surgery, pediatric foot care, diabetic foot and limb preservation, same-day ingrown toenail treatment, and comprehensive general foot care. He understands how foot and ankle issues can impact daily life and is committed to making care convenient, compassionate, and accessible for patients of all ages.

The staff is all so kind and willing to help. Dr. Garr listened to my concerns and answered all the questions I had. He made sure I understood what was going on and was willing to repeat himself and reword things as many times as I asked so I could fully understand. I was also able to get an appointment soon and didn’t have to wait for weeks and weeks.
I have been seeing Dr Garr for last 5 years with plantar fasciitis problems on both feet. Dr Garr tried all the other options before we did the surgery. His staff is helpful and understanding. Then after my feet healed, I had a mishap and sprain my ankle and tore the ligaments. I waited too long to get them repaired. I finally got them repaired like 2 years later and developed plantar fasciitis again on same foot. I was glad he was able to fix both problems at the same time. Now my feet are like new. I'd highly recommend Dr Garr and his staff if you have any feet or ankle problems go see him. Hopefully I don't have any more problems with my feet but if I do I will be back. Now 3 years later, my left foot is in need of repair. I had similar surgery on right foot, now I'm recovering from left foot surgery. I hope this fixes this foot too. My right foot is all good now, now to wait for left foot to heal.
Dr. Gar is the most kind and generous doctor I’ve ever met. He helped me walk the best he could. I’ve had nine surgeries and anytime I need to see him. He makes appointments for me at the drop of a dime. He is helping me so much I can still walk with my foot and I’m doing really good, after all these surgeries and everything I’ve been through he still there for me anytime I need to see him. He knows when I come in. It’s usually something bad away. He never turns me away and make sure that we are doing everything we can to make sure I can still walk is the best doctor I’ve ever seen in my life and Will make sure I can continue to walk and everybody in the office are just as kind and courteous They’re just like my family now no matter what happens if something else happens Dr will be be there for me. Thank you for everything Dr. You’re amazing and I recommend a lot of people coming to you because I trust you that much.
I have been coming to Doctor Garr now for several years. He has helped me push off surgery for as long as I can, supporting me with exercises for the foot, injections, and minor adjustments to orthotics, and helping cut and remove calluses. Doctor Garr is a patient, focused listener and understands the realities of life and hoping to postpone surgery as long as we can. I finally did the surgery with doctor Garr and it has been great. I am still in recovery but doctor Garr was able to ease my worries about surgery, recovery and getting back to normal life. The day following surgery Dr Garr took time to message me some answer in response to some questions I had. I am grateful for Dr Garr knowledge, training, and experience that made my surgery so much easier.

Dr. Todd Jaramillo, DPM is a native of Orem, Utah. Before graduating from Brigham Young University he served a two-year service mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in the Tri-Cities area of Washington where he learned the Spanish language. While attending BYU he played on the ice hockey team. He attended podiatric medical school at Des Moines University College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in Des Moines, Iowa where he graduated from as a member of the Pi Delta Honor Society.
Dr. Jaramillo then completed a comprehensive three-year foot and ankle surgical residency at Wake Forest Baptist Health in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. There he received an excellent education on the conservative and surgical management of foot and ankle problems.
He believes that it is his duty to educate his patients. He wants them to understand the disease process behind their ailments and all the options that could help them improve whether through conservative or surgical treatment.
Dr. Jaramillo loves to spend time with his family and enjoys playing/coaching hockey.

I’ve been coming to BigFoot and receiving care from Dr. Jaramillo. I have appreciated his approach and that his main goal is to try every option before doing a surgical procedure for the conditions I’m experiencing. (Tarsal coalitions, plantar fasciitis, metatarsalgia, in grown toenails) He also helped give me more education on my conditions which I really appreciated the extra time spent by him to have more understanding. I recently had my ingrown toenail surgery done by him on 4 toes and I just wanted to express how much I appreciated the sensitivity and empathy I received from him and his team as I really struggle with needles and was really scared to have the procedure done (one of his staff was even kind enough to come hold my hand and provide a stress ball for the other which really helped me calm down.) I hardly felt the needles and the procedure was fast. I also appreciate Dr. Jaramillo being very honest in his comments and discussions while discussing treatments and procedures with you. I also never felt any pressure to do anything I didn’t want to do while discussing options. He really listens to you and after my in grown toe nail surgery I was even provided a number I could reach out to at any time if I needed to if anything seemed wrong and I was worried. I’ve appreciated my experience so far and would recommend to family and friends. Thank you!
Dr. Jaramillo is incredible! I would recommend him to anybody! He was so good and caring, listened to all my concerns, and checked up on me after surgery. Gave his personal number just in case we had any problems. Probably one of the best doctors I’ve ever been to. His office staff are so friendly and helpful.
